Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for an experienced RN Supervisor to support our Advanced Personal Care clients and nursing team in the Independence area — mentoring nurses and bringing steady, supportive leadership to home-based care. What You'll Do Complete initial and reassessment visits for clients Supervise, coach, and evaluate field nurses Provide training and ongoing education for nursing staff Ensure services meet company and state standards Maintain accurate documentation and support hiring/onboarding as needed What You Need Active RN license and approved nursing program graduate At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years Supervisory and Home Health experience preferred Valid driver's license and insured vehicle Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) and paid time off Paid training and development Supportive, team-oriented culture Choose Phoenix.
