Promote employee engagement through regular, personal contact resulting in a positive employee relation atmosphere. Drive effective recruiting, selection, and onboarding activities for hourly employees. Ensure compliance with all company, government, labor and transportation industry regulations; and deliver training to maintain compliance.   Annual Salary Range: $109,960 to $137,449 Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
