Yes Job Description ECU College of Arts and Sciences Academic Advising and Resource Center is currently seeking Office Assistants for 10-20 hrs. per week to provide excellent customer service. Typical duties include: Filing Typing Sorting Collating Maintaining records Performing light clerical work Running errands Giving information Receiving and routing telephone calls Scheduling appointments Unpacking materials Sorting, Loading/Unloading, Processing, Issuing, and Delivering Mail Operating office equipment Performing other related tasks as assigned This Office Assistant may be exposed to confidential information.
