Job Description It takes a special person to be a Care Worker and help the older members of our community to maintain their independence and wellbeing. We are looking for a Cert III (must have Ageing or Aged Care) qualified person with at least 6 months experience in a similar role, to join the Silverchain team in the Brisbane North and surrounding suburbs.  What’s on offer…
