Duty Percent of Time Manage phones, call lights, parent meals, patient schedules, keep information at nurses’ station up to date, coordinates/send out communication throughout unit, submitting tickets, coordinate bathing schedules, facilitate moves throughout hospital including room setup at admission and discharge. 75% Assist with patient activity at nurses’ station. 10% Contribute to maintain a tidy work environment; cleans nurses’ station and workspace, maintains stock of supplies and forms. 10% Other duties as assigned 5% Qualifications Education: High School Graduate or GED. Ability to speak, understand, read and write English required. Experience: 1 year secretarial/office experience is preferred. Computer skill proficiency. License/Certification/Credential: None.
