If you have experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, or operations support, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. You’ll play a key role in real-time staffing across multiple client locations, responding to call-offs, filling open shifts, communicating with field teams, and making sure our operations stay covered around the clock. What You’ll Do Build and manage employee schedules across multiple locations Respond to call-offs and fill open shifts in real time Provide active overnight oversight of security personnel to ensure guards are awake, alert, attentive, and actively performing their assigned duties Dispatch and communicate with field staff and supervisors Monitor attendance, availability, and staffing gaps Maintain accurate schedules, logs, records, and reports Make quick decisions and keep overnight operations on track What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, or a related role Strong skills with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and decision-making skills Reliable, organized, and highly detail-oriented Someone who takes ownership and gets the job done Someone who brings excellent communication skills and is comfortable making outbound calls as well as taking incoming calls.
