Floor Care Specialist/Housekeeping (9pm-5:30am)

About the role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Environmental Services (Housekeeping) Technician  to join our hospital team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe healthcare environment through cleaning, disinfecting, and supporting daily operations throughout the facility. What you will do:   Perform floor care, window and wall cleaning, waste removal, linen transport, and other housekeeping duties Maintain organized supply areas and support department needs Participate in team huddles, training, and continuous improvement efforts Provide excellent service while demonstrating compassion and respect for patients, families, and coworkers What we are looking for:   Candidates who demonstrate   stability and longevity in previous roles  are highly valued, as we are looking for team members who are committed to building a long-term career with Deaconess Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
