Overview Prepare and analyze financial performance daily reports, assist in the preparation of monthly financial performance analysis, track HO PE result and communicate to other departments, assist in monitoring risks associated with FMD’s daily operation. Additional duties include but not limited to: Compiling HO surveys, providing financial data support to business units, maintaining and tracking data records as department’s coordinator Responsibilities Financial Performance Report and Analysis Prepare and analyze financial performance daily reports Prepare Major Event Reports and Monthly Business Performance Review. Prepare HO monthly expense management report Management information and Head Office regulatory reporting Maintain and update the BOC US Branches head office regulatory statistical report policies. Prepare the FMD head office regulatory statistical reports in accordance with head office regulatory requirements. Coordinate the bank’s head office regulatory statistical reporting process. Organize and manage FMD report data and statistical information, ensuring proper preparation and filing. Coordinate the bank’s head office regulatory statistical reports. Prepare and coordinate the annual inspection of the head office regulatory statistical report quality, as required by the head office. Coordinate, collect, review, and submit the head office's “Commitment to Data Quality of Key Offsite Regulatory Indicators.” Financial Performance Evaluation Collect and monitor financial performance indicators from Head Office, present organized information to different departments, initiate effective inter-department communications, and track progresses Assist in identifying differences among financial performance evaluations Ad Hoc Responsibility Compile HO request Account office code maintenance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree of Accounting or Finance required 1-3 years of relevant work experience in banking and financial services industry is required; 4+ years of relevant work experience in banking and financial services industry is required for AVP level Basic knowledge of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns Pertinent company codes and policies; personnel processes; program planning and development; audit procedures; and regulatory policies and laws Understanding of Asset Liability Management, Financial Reporting Models, Regulatory Reporting, and Compliance knowledge of banking industry Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Bloomberg, SQL, VBA Efficient critical thinking and problem solving skills Bilingual in English and Chinese is required Pay Range Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications. USD $45,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
