Qualifications  Position Overview The Enrollment Operations & Slate  Specialist supports the administration and daily operation of Technolutions Slate for the Office of Enrollment Management. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Operations, this position maintains enrollment data, applications, communications, reporting, and system configurations. The Specialist works closely with the Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Professional and Graduate Studies Admissions to ensure enrollment processes are accurate, efficient, and completed on time. This is primarily a back-end operational position with limited direct student interaction.   Essential Functions Slate Administration Build and maintain Slate queries, reports, filters, and exports. Manage application portals, forms, status pages, checklists, bins, and related configurations. Open, update, test, and close application cycles, enrollment starts, and application years. Configure new programs, application requirements, deadlines, and enrollment processes. Monitor automated workflows and troubleshoot system or process issues. Test configurations and system changes before implementation. Maintain documentation of Slate processes and recurring responsibilities Data and Reporting Maintain accurate prospective student, applicant, and enrollment records. Conduct data audits and correct duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records. Complete data imports, exports, uploads, and reconciliations. Produce recurring and ad hoc reports to support admissions and enrollment planning. Identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Communications and Events Create, test, schedule, and maintain email and SMS communications. Create, schedule and maintain Slate events. Build targeted audiences based on application status, enrollment stage, program, and other criteria. Manage communication campaigns, automated messages, event registrations, reminders, and attendance records. Review communications for accuracy, formatting, targeting, accessibility, and timely delivery. Operational Support Respond to Slate-related requests from enrollment leadership and admissions staff. Provide technical and operational support during peak application and enrollment periods. Collaborate with campus partners on enrollment systems, reporting, and process improvements. Stay current with Slate updates, functionality, and enrollment-management practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Experience in data management, reporting, information systems. Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications Experience administering or supporting Technolutions Slate. Experience creating Slate queries, reports, communications, campaigns, forms, events, or application portals. Experience  higher education, admissions, enrollment operations. Familiarity with data imports, exports, validation, and reconciliation. Knowledge of HTML, SQL, data visualization, or system integrations. Experience documenting processes or training system users. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hybrid work may be available after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, based on departmental needs. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during events and peak enrollment periods. Limited availability outside regular hours may be necessary for urgent system or enrollment matters. Benefits at a Glance: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. They accrue between 18 and 23 days of paid time off annually. After 90 days of employment, tuition remission is available, with the college covering 100% of tuition costs (employees are responsible for books and technology fees). The college values work-life balance, offering a summer schedule from June through August. Employees also enjoy 14 paid holidays, including a winter break. Retirement plan participation is available from your first day, with employer contributions beginning after one year of service, based on your length of employment.
