Qualifications: West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate or Substitute Permit Preference given to those who are certified to teach English as a Second Language Complete all required county and WVDE trainings Successful completion of the interview process Ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the job description, with or without reasonable accommodations Additional Minimum Requirements: Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration Applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non-renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration Job Description: Available at hardycountyschools.com or upon request. Start Date: September 1, 2026 for the remainder of the 2026-2027 School Year Salary: $30.00/hour, not to exceed 175 hours. Paid through State EL funds.
