Experience with data management, data modeling, database concepts, and data governance practices. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management processes, and application support methodologies. Knowledge of application architecture and the ability to analyze end-to-end technology processes across multiple platforms and domains. Ability to analyze technical, operational, and financial data to identify trends, drive insights, and support business decision-making. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, or application environments. Experience with Oracle, Apptio, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technology and reporting platforms. Experience partnering with technology engineering teams, architecture teams, finance organizations, or workforce planning functions. Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application architectures. What Could Set You Apart: Experience working across both infrastructure and application domains, enabling a holistic understanding of how technology services are delivered end-to-end. Familiarity with technology cost management, showbacks, chargebacks, or Technology Business Management (TBM) concepts. Passion for learning new technologies and understanding the technical drivers behind applications, platforms, infrastructure, and service delivery. Proven ability to partner with engineers, architects, and technology leaders to translate technical complexity into actionable business and financial insights. **Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.** Salary Information Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
