The essential job responsibilities of the Engineer are to apply established engineering principle to the planning/design of additions/alterations to communication/transmission systems, electric substations, water production facilities and various civil engineering projects, DEPENDING ON AREA OF WORK CONCENTRATION.    Qualifications   Qualification Requirements: To perform the Engineer 3 role, you must:                             Have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, depending on expertise required.
