The Fauquier Health system offers patient care for a variety of specialty services including Orthopedics and Spine, a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and robotic-assisted surgery. The fourth floor of the hospital is devoted to our Family Birthing Center and Intermediate Care Nursery.   How you’ll contribute    A Quality Director who excels in this role:  Is responsible for oversight of all quality and process improvement initiatives to include monitoring quality metrics at unit level.  Oversees regulatory readiness through assessment and implementation of quality measures to meet regulatory requirements.  Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives. Evaluates and identifies opportunities for process improvement in patient care to provide superior quality outcomes. Basic Life Support certification is required within 7 days of hire.  Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or Healthcare Administration is required.  Must have at least 5 years experience in Acute Care setting.
