About the role

D365 Finance Solutions Analyst Join an enterprise team supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across a multinational manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong D365 Finance expertise who understands manufacturing costing and enjoys solving complex ERP challenges. What You'll Do Design, configure, and improve D365 F&O Finance solutions. Support manufacturing finance processes, including cost accounting, G/L, AR, and AP. Standardize ERP processes and configurations across global operations. Support the full ERP lifecycle from requirements and testing through rollout, stabilization, and upgrades. Evaluate integrations with enterprise and third-party applications. Partner with business, IT, and external teams to solve issues and drive process improvements. Help guide and mentor team members on complex D365 and manufacturing solutions. What We're Looking For 3+ years of D365 F&O Finance experience in a multinational organization. Strong manufacturing cost accounting knowledge beyond G/L, AP, and AR. Experience with Discrete Manufacturing and/or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) from a financial/manufacturing perspective. Direct D365 configuration experience with G/L, AR, and AP. Full ERP implementation lifecycle experience. Experience integrating ERP with BI, consolidation, and other enterprise applications. Experience supporting multinational operations. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Machine builder/OEM experience. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification. Power BI, RPA, and third-party finance/tax application experience. Experience exploring AI-enabled business solutions.
