Department Overview Corporate Strategy leads the development and execution of long-term business plans, strategic initiatives, and growth frameworks across the entire enterprise, which enable executive leadership and business units to optimize performance, navigate market shifts, and drive sustainable growth for MSI. Job Description Motorola Solutions offers a comprehensive, 12-week full-time paid internship program designed to offer hands-on experience with real problems that need real solutions. You will work collaboratively alongside the company’s senior strategy team members supporting strategic planning, market insights, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling activities. The Corportate Strategy Intern will be responsible but not limited to the following: Corporate Strategy Intern Responsibilities Support the strategic planning process – i.e., analyze industry trends, the competitive landscape, organic/inorganic growth opportunities, etc. Create statistical models to identify key trends/patterns in external and internal data, forecast business performance, simulate the impact of potential strategic options/decisions Conduct research and benchmark industry best practices Collaborate with other members of the strategy team on individual and group projects Collaborate with interns and staff from other departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and the Chief Technology Office Preferred Qualifications Currently seeking a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related major Ability to identify correlation and causation and draw insights among multiple factors Demonstrated strategic thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills Experience with statistical analysis and financial modeling Ability to structure complex problems in simple, easy-to-understand ways Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong time management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams simultaneously Comfort with fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments High proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides Basic Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a graduation date on or after December 2027 Travel Requirements Under 10% Relocation Provided None Position Type Intern EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
