Alamo St. San Antonio, Texas, 78215 United States Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:  Some weekend and evening hours will be a part of this position's job responsibilities. This will vary from week to week. Job Summary and Description Responsible for planning and coordinating programs, projects and processes that provide a service to students and/or other internal College or District customers. This position will support the implementation and operations of the Alamo Colleges Future Ready Grant.    Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. Three years’ of experience coordinating activities, programs and/or projects.   Supervisory experience. Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree. Experience in a community college is highly desirable.   Experience working with first-generation and low-income students and their families. Track record of successful student recruitment at community events and active community engagement. Experience related to actively engaging with and serving K-12 populations, including middle school students, families, educators. Licenses and Certifications: Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.   Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen EEO Statement
