COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR-WBHM   -   ( T238801 ) Description   Serves as a key ambassador for the station, responsible for strengthening relationships with listeners, community partners, donors, and civic organizations. Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of events and outreach initiatives that elevate the station s visibility, deepen audience engagement, and advance its public-service mission. Builds partnerships, telling the station s story, and creates meaningful experiences that bring public radio to life.  The Community Engagement Director will serve as an ambassador for WBHM. This position will be responsible for leading events and outreach initiatives, building and maintaining community partnerships, and the promotion of WBHM. We are looking for a relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating meaningful partnerships that strengthen our community. Salary Range: $52,555 - $85,400   Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field and two (2) years of related experience required.
