You'll also build meaningful relationships with peers, mentors, and professionals, and engage in social and volunteer events to expand your network.   Your R esponsibilities: The Commercial Operations Intern will support the Commercial team, focused on process transformation. This role will partner with others to identify, document, analyze, and improve business processes that impact customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. This position offers hands-on experience at the intersection of process excellence, customer experience, business analytics, and digital enablement. We are building out a commercial operations organization that is focused on process standardization, workflow optimization, customer journey improvement, and operational efficiency. Projects may include process mapping, Voice of Customer analysis, workflow redesign, and identification of automation opportunities.
