This role involves coordinating clinical activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards, and supporting nursing staff in providing optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Coordinator serves as a vital link between nursing staff, management, and interdisciplinary teams. Essential Functions Overseeing nursing staff schedules, assignments, and workloads to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations Ensuring high-quality patient care by collaborating with healthcare teams, reviewing patient progress, and addressing concerns Ensuring nursing practices align with hospital protocols, regulations, and safety standards Providing guidance, mentoring, and ongoing education to nursing staff to improve skills and ensure adherence to best practices Working closely with physicians, department heads, and support staff to facilitate patient care and address any operational issues Managing nursing supplies, equipment, and budget resources to maintain operational efficienc   Qualifications   Education Associate's Degree in Nursing License Registered Nurse Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association NIHSS Experience Two (2) year in clinical nursing Two (2) years of supervisory experience   Primary Location:   Spring Hill Work Locations:   TGH Spring Hill   10461 Quality Drive     Spring Hill   34609 Eligible for Remote Work:   On Site Job:   Nursing (LPNs, RNs) Organization:   Tampa General Hospital-Hernando Shift:   Night Job Job Type:   On Site Shift Hours:   7pm - 7am Minimum Salary:   35.51 Job Posting:   Aug 21, 2026, 6:59:17 PM
