You'll build and develop a high-performing child care team while ensuring every child receives safe, fun, and age-appropriate care during every visit.   Your leadership allows parents to focus on their fitness with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. Our leaders believe in our mission, have high standards, and give energy to others every day.   Compensation: Base rate of $XX per hour Split-Shift Schedule: This role works a consistent split shift from 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, with a break in the middle of the day KidCare perk: Your children can attend KidCare for free while you work Wellness is a priority!
