All candidates must be eligible to work and live in the U.S Department Enrollment Mgt - VC for Enrollment Management - 240000 Primary Purpose of Position This position works with the Director and Slate Team on the maintenance, innovation, development and improvement of Technolutions Slate CRM processes and workflows used in all facets of Enrollment Management, specifically undergraduate and graduate admissions (recruitment, operations, communications, and customer service). Minimum Qualifications Graduation from high school and one year of experience in the field of technology related to the position’s role. Coursework in computer or information technology may be substituted year for year for the required experience. License/Certification Required Essential Job Functions The Associate Director for CRM Solutions works with the Director and Slate Team on the maintenance, innovation, development and improvement of Technolutions Slate CRM processes and workflows used in all facets of Enrollment Management, specifically undergraduate and graduate admissions (recruitment, operations, communications, and customer service) at Appalachian State University. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Utilize the CRM solution and provide collaborative leadership to achieve enrollment goals and meet strategic goals for the Main and Hickory campus. Maintain, develop and improve CRM processes and workflows specific to the recruitment, application processing, communication, and customer service related to the recruitment and enrollment of first-year and transfer students. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position Ability to apply and interpret various policies and procedures. Ability to develop initiatives to meet program/project needs and objectives. Problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain databases, schedules, and reports. Ability to ensure accuracy of data. Ability to guide and collaborate with various constituents. Strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience using a CRM solution (Technolutions Slate, SalesForce, etc). Experience in a higher education setting. Required Functional Competencies to Successfully Perform Job Duties. Professional Knowledge: Knowledge of program policies, procedures, technology, best practices and their theoretical bases. Ability to apply and interpret a variety of interrelated policies, procedures and programs for clients and address clients’ non-routine issues. Knowledge of new theories, trends, laws or precedents demonstrated by recommending and implementing improvements or necessary changes to policies, procedures and/or program(s). Information Analysis/Decision Making: Ability to analyze business operations and/or financial statements for overall program administration. Ability to develop initiatives to meet program/project needs and objectives. Ability to assess and resolve unprecedented problems that require research and review of policy and procedures for the program or assigned components. Ability to resolves problems or compliance issues, based on delegated authority. Type of Position Permanent Full-Time Staff/Non-Faculty Staff/Non-Faculty Appointment Type 1.0 Work Schedule/Hours Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; occasional weekends for divisional events. Overall Competency Level Journey Salary Grade Equivalency GN11 Salary Range Anticipated Hiring Range $54,015-$60,000 Pay will be commensurate with applicant competencies, budget, equity and market considerations.
