The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting key initiatives to bring the brand purpose and strategy to life and contribute to the achievement of Pharmavite' s annual and long-term sales, market share and profit goals. This role will support the core business, a pivotal growth driver for the company. The Associate Brand Manager will report to the Brand Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting brand leaders driving business performance, executing on strategy and tactics, delivering on revenue, profit, and market share goals. Analyzing the business and has an in-depth understanding of key drivers. Delivering market analysis and actionable recommendations to grow sales and expand margin. Leading cross-functional teams to launch innovation with speed and agility (within 9 months), taking into consideration both marketplace and internal (financial/technical) dynamics. Assisting with preparation of annual operating plans and marketing budget. Supporting the Brand team to execute product packaging and label updates. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Regulatory/Legal, Operations, R&D, Consumer and Shopper Insights, Digital Services, etc., to accomplish goals. Performs other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in business or its equivalent, MBA preferred. A minimum of 3 years of combined relevant professional experience and graduate level education is required. Time spent obtaining a relevant graduate degree (e.g. MBA) may count toward the 3-year requirement. SKILLS & CAPABILITIES Ability to pull insights from multiple sources and distill into a compelling story. Strong verbal and written communicator to a wide breadth of audiences including senior management. Demonstrated leadership and influencing abilities. Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Primarily performs work in an office or remote environment and require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and verbal communication. Physical activity is generally limited to occasional standing, walking, repetitive keyboard and mouse use, and light lifting of office materials or equipment up to 10–15 pounds. Employees may occasionally travel or attend meetings in varying office or customer environments. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Minimal travel to attend key company offsites, team strategy sessions, or vendor meetings. Travel is infrequent and planned in advance. SALARY RANGE National Target Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $133,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $88,000 - $146,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment.
