Welding Adjunct Faculty    About The Job   Fortis College in Cincinnati is  seeking  an experienced,  highly motivated Welder  to join its faculty.   If you  possess  a desire to help others succeed, this is an opportunity for you to positively  impact  the li ves and careers of our students  and graduates.     Fortis  provides educational programs that deliver real-life career skills in high - demand occupations that lead to employment upon graduation and a lifetime of professional growth.     Job Description   We  are  seeking  an  energetic and enthusiastic  faculty member to teach i n our Welding Program.   This is a  part- time, professional  position reporting  directly  to the  Dean of Education.   The primary responsibility will be to  teach Welding  courses.   Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, and  participate  in department training,  meetings,  and graduation.       Requirements   Completion of a Welding program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma; an associate degree is preferred but not required Certification: Certified Welder (required) Certified Welding Educator - highly desired but not required At least three  years  of experience as a Welder Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   Highly organized, motivated and results-driven   Prior  higher education/postsecondary  teaching experience preferred   Location Fortis Cincinnati
