Accounting Assistant

Description We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an accounting assistant, you will be performing billing, cash application, and collection functions. Responsibilities: Collections via phone, text, email, or other company-approved means. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities Meet or exceed monthly collection goals Process, record, and apply incoming payments Assist with billing and invoicing functions Reconcile customer accounts and resolve customer disputes Handling customer inquiries Other duties as assigned If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for billing and collections, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. At least one year of billing, cash application, or collection experience. Intermediate skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
