About the role

Position Title:   2nd Shift Production Associate – Full-Time     Pay Rate:  Starting at $22.85 per hr.  After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $23.87 to $28.95 per hour.  Rate of pay is based on the job they perform.     Sign on Bonus:         $500 after 30 days $500 after 6 months     Category/Shift:  Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)    You will begin on 1st shift for training. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours.   * 2nd Shift  3:00 PM – 11:00 PM   *Overtime and Saturdays as needed     Physical Location:  Fond du Lac Container Facility 981 South Hickory Street Fond du Lac, WI  54935     The Job You Will Perform:  Follow safety policies and procedures Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner Reading factory orders Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment Consistent quality and count inspection of a product Ability to practice great factory housekeeping Ability to work overtime as needed
