Our Summer Internship Program gives college students the opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience while learning how different areas of a growing technical organization work together. Internship Opportunities ECI is seeking motivated college students from a variety of academic backgrounds for summer internship opportunities. Depending on a student's interests, academic background, and current business needs, internship assignments may be available in areas including: Marketing Assist with marketing campaigns, communications, social media, and events Support development of digital and print content Help promote company programs, products, events, and community initiatives Assist with market research and special projects Sales & Business Development Gain exposure to technical and industrial sales Assist sales teams with customer research, prospecting, and account support Participate in meetings and learn the customer relationship process Support business development and market research projects Finance & Business Operations Assist with financial reporting, data analysis, and business processes Support accounting and administrative projects Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making Participate in process-improvement projects Human Resources & Workforce Development Support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR initiatives Assist with internship, apprenticeship, and workforce development programs Participate in college, school, and community outreach Support special projects related to employee development and organizational culture Additional opportunities may be available in other business or technical areas based on student interests and ECI's summer needs. What Interns Can Expect ECI internships are designed to provide more than observation. Requirements We are looking for students who: Are currently enrolled in a college or university Have an interest in gaining hands-on professional experience Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills Are dependable, curious, and willing to learn Can work both independently and collaboratively Are comfortable taking initiative and contributing ideas Students from a variety of majors are encouraged to apply, including Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Communications, Management, Sales, Engineering, Technology, and related fields.
